Our Signature 9” Ricotta Pie (serves 8-10) is a beloved Fratelli’s favorite since 2005. Award winning, secret family recipe!
This smooth, indulgent pie features creamy, fresh baked ricotta cheese, expertly balanced with just the right touch of vanilla & lemon sweetness. All enclosed in a buttery, flaky crust and topped with a delicate dusting of powdered sugar. The ultimate treat for any occasion—whether you're celebrating a special occasion or enjoying a simple, yet unforgettable dessert after dinner.
Your Ricotta Pie arrives in an insulated box with ice packs to ensure it stays fresh during transit as well as a cake board to easily remove the Pie from the tin. Upon arrival, refrigerate immediately and consume within 7-10 days. For longer storage and enjoyment, this pie can be frozen for up to 6-8 months.

All orders require 48hour notice with orders shipping out on Tuesdays. Example: place an order on Saturday, your order will be sent out on Tuesday using 2-Day Fed Ex Priority Shippingand will arrive on Thursday by EOD. You will recieve a confirmation email along with tracking information once your order ships.

Store at room temperature for up to 5 days. Refrigerate for up to 10 days. Freeze for up to 6 months.

I was suspect and thought I may be disappointed but was amazingly surprised. Both beautiful and delicious! I ordered a Ricotta Pie from one of those well known pastry shops on Hanover Street in Boston, north end and it was an utter disaster!!! Due
to poor packaging the pie arrived smushed and soaking wet.
