At Fratelli’s, we strive to accommodate the high volume of order requests we receive each week. To maintain the highest quality of work for every customer, we accept a limited number of orders based on our production capacity. Once our schedule is full, we are unable to accept additional requests.
When cancellations are made without sufficient notice, we are often unable to fill the vacated slot on short notice, resulting in a lost sale. If you need to cancel or modify your order for any reason, please refer to the cancellation timeline outlined below.
While we understand that unexpected situations can arise and will do our best to accommodate them, we must adhere to our cancellation policy to maintain fairness and avoid repeated loss of business.

Cancelation/Rescheduling w/ 3-4 Days’ Notice: Store credit ONLY (no refund available)
Cancelation w/ Less Than 48 Hours’ Notice:Store credit only, MINUS 30% cancelation fee
Rescheduling w/ Less Than 48 Hours’ Notice: 20% change fee will be applied to next order
Cancelation w/ Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice: No refund or store credit available
Rescheduling w/ Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice: 50% change fee will be applied to next order
**PLEASE NOTE: For more elaborate cakes including (but not limited to) tier cakes, cut out/3D cakes and orders that include fondant work of ANY kind you MUST add 2 additional days onto the timeline outlined above.
Yup, we sure do! We whip up custom cakes for any and all shindigs, including weddings! Please pop your order in at least 3–7 days ahead, depending on how fancy you're gettin' (check out our “Terms” for the scoop).
Yes, we do accept outside reference photos to help guide the design of your custom cake. However, please understand that we are unable to guarantee an exact replica of another baker’s work. Each cake is uniquely crafted by our team, and while we will do our best to capture the essence of your inspiration, slight variations are to be expected.
We encourage customers to explore our cake gallery, which showcases a range of our past creations and offers a more accurate representation of the style and quality you can expect.
By submitting a reference photo, you acknowledge and agree that the final product will be our professional interpretation, not an exact copy..
We provide numerous gluten-free options, but currently do not offer vegan choices. Explore our “gluten free” section for the latest options. Kindly notify us of any dietary restrictions when ordering, so we can cater to your needs. Please note our items are not “certified” gluten free, therefore, we can never 100% guarantee cross-contamination.
At Fratelli’s, we take food allergies seriously and make every effort to accommodate customers with dietary restrictions. When an allergy is noted on an order, we ensure that all tools, equipment, and surfaces are thoroughly sanitized prior to preparation.
However, please be advised that Fratelli’s is not a nut-free or gluten-free facility. As such, while we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that cross-contact or trace amounts of allergens have not occurred during the production process.
We do offer a selection of gluten-free cakes and products, but the same advisory applies, as these items are prepared in a shared facility.

Yes, we offer nationwide shipping on select items. Please visit our Shipping section to view the current list of products available for delivery. We are continually expanding our selection, so we encourage you to check back regularly for new additions.
All shipments are sent via FedEx 2-Day Express to ensure freshness and quality upon arrival.
Yes, we provide delivery for local/in-state orders with fees ranging from $25-$200 based on distance. For those near our stores seeking small orders, we recommend using Uber Eats, Door Dash & Grub Hub for lower delivery fees.
