Shipping & Delivery Policy
We take great care to prepare and ship every order on time according to the delivery date selected at checkout.
Once an order leaves our bakery and is accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery timing is handled by the carrier and may occasionally be affected by delays that are outside of our control, including weather, transit issues, or operational delays.
While we cannot guarantee carrier performance, we actively monitor shipments and will always notify customers as soon as we become aware of any delay.
Because many of our products are time-sensitive, we review each delayed shipment individually. Refunds or credits may be offered at our discretion depending on the circumstances, including delivery timing, product condition upon arrival, and the nature of the occasion.
If a package arrives damaged or unusable, please contact us promptly with photos so we can assist in resolving the issue.
By placing an order, customers acknowledge that carrier delays can occur and that delivery dates, while carefully planned, cannot be guaranteed once a package is in transit.
